		<description>Can we grow these at Wild Willow?  Mmmmm....Burdock roots...half of the family over here loves those! Stepdaughters first ate them at ages 8 and 10. The older one didn&#039;t care for them, as they were too much like dirty carrots. The younger one LOVED them because they tasted like &quot;earth&quot; (hmmm...future farmer?).  I finely grate burdock and carrots, then fry them up with a lil dab of bacon grease. Crack an egg over it all, add some black pepper, and you have a mighty fine breakfast.</description>
